Return Policy

At Blacksouq, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality products from multiple vendors. Our return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased through our platform.


1. General Return Guidelines

  • Returns are subject to the policies of the individual vendors selling on Blacksouq. Each vendor may have different return, refund, and exchange policies.

  • Customers must review the return policy of the respective vendor before purchasing.

  • Blacksouq acts as a marketplace and does not handle returns directly.

  • Any disputes regarding returns must be resolved between the customer and the vendor.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, digital products, and customized items, may not be eligible for returns.

  • The return request must be initiated within the timeframe specified by the vendor (e.g., 7-14 days from the delivery date).

3. Return Process

  1. Customers must contact the vendor directly to request a return, following the vendor’s specified return procedure.

  2. The vendor will provide instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by the vendor.

  4. Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, they will process the refund or exchange as per their policy.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued according to the vendor’s policy and may take a certain number of business days to reflect in the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and the vendor’s exchange policy.

  • Blacksouq does not guarantee refunds or exchanges, as it depends on the vendor’s policies.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify the vendor within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

  • The vendor will assess the claim and provide a resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment, subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy must be followed instead.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless stated otherwise by the vendor:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal hygiene and beauty products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Digital downloads and software

  • Gift cards

8. Contacting Vendors for Returns

  • Customers can contact vendors via their store page on Blacksouq.

  • Vendors are responsible for responding to return requests in a timely manner.

9. Blacksouq’s Role in Dispute Resolution

  • Blacksouq is not responsible for refunds or returns but may assist in mediating disputes between customers and vendors.

  • If a vendor fails to respond to a return request, customers can report the issue to Blacksouq’s support team.
